Tina recently helped my husband and I purchase our first home and we cannot say enough good things about our experience with her! As first-time home buyers we had very little knowledge about what to do and expect. Tina took the time to explain the entire process to us on day one in a way that clearly showed her expertise and instantly made us feel comfortable and confident. At the beginning of the process we sent her a couple of house listings that we were interested in and she immediately picked up on what was important to us and the style of house we were looking for. She set up tailored notifications for us right away so that we would be notified anytime something new came to the market that we may be interested in. It took a couple of months and a handful of showings for us to find the right house and she was so patient and encouraging the entire time. When we found the perfect house, the seller’s agent let us know during the showing that there were already several offers on the table but that didn’t discourage Tina at all. She helped us create a strong offer in a very competitive market and submitted it right after we left the showing. She called the following day with the good news that our offer was accepted and she was just as excited as we were! She got us in contact with both a home inspector and closing attorney right away, both of who she has worked with before, and they were great! We were so thankful we had her on our side during the search, negotiations, and closing, all of which she handled with ease!Tina, thank you again for helping us find our dream home!
