With Tina's help, I closed on my dream property in September, 2024. Tina has extensive knowledge of the real estate market, and was helpful throughout the process. I had very specific criteria for the property I was looking for, and she was excited to hunt down this type of property for me. She was so transparent about the process and explained things I didn't understand.When it came to negotiating price, Tina was professional and not only extensively researched the data, but also utilized her skillset as a long-time realtor to craft an offer that was fair, and worked within my price range. Her offer was realistic and she was just as respectful/understanding to the seller as she was to me.The deal was closed in 24 hours and the seller accepted our offer.As a bonus, Tina has building/construction knowledge and was able to provide that insight. She was also helpful in breaking down the home inspection report in a way that made sense. She was present for the entire home inspection as well, and asked questions I wouldn't have thought of.I asked Tina if she knew any reputable attorneys, lenders, etc, and she was happy to provide some suggestions. There was no pressure here, and this was my personal request. I will say, I went with her recommendations after vetting a few others, and I had a great experience with both (also extremely easy to work with and transparent).The final stages of the process were overwhelming and Tina helped put me ease. She explained the way I was feeling was normal, and regularly checked in with me to see how I was doing.There were several unique nuances to my purchase and financing, and Tina went above and beyond to liaise with key people involved to navigate the process and find solutions.Tina has my very highest recommendation. She walks her talk, puts her clients first, takes calls and emails and responds within hours, and even scheduled my showing on her birthday!She has so much integrity and you can truly see that she LOVES her job.
